Facility
We are confident that you will feel right at home in our cozy office. We believe that every patient is entitled to receive maximum personal attention from our orthodontist and staff for the best possible care. Therefore, we only see two to three patients at a time. This ensures that the doctor has time to answer all your questions that arise during the course of treatment and to get the most work done possible for you at each appointment.
We have a separate treatment room for patients who request for extra privacy .
We have the capablities in our office to take your records. This includes photographs, Panorex, cephalograms and models. In most instances, you can choose to have your records done on the same day as your initial consultation. This is not only more convenient than having to go to an independent laboratory for this service, but it is also less expensive.
Appointments
If you would like to make or change an appointment, please contact our office by phone (281-589-6100). Our clinic hours are M-W 9:30am to 5:00pm. However, our assistants are available to answer your calls and to see emergencies on Thursdays and Fridays as well.
Financial
We understand that orthodontics is an expensive endeavor. As such, we will do our best to give you a payment plan that you are comfortable with. We accept most PPO insurance plans (including Aetna, Ameritus Group, Blue Care Dental, Cigna, Delta Dental, Dentemax, MetLife, United Healthcare and United Concordia). As a courtesy, we will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you.
Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, and VISA/MasterCard. For your convenience, we also offer dental financing through Chase Bank and Capital One. This program may enable you to extend your payment schedule, thereby reducing your monthly payment.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
